Jon22: The Website of Jonathan Dobres

A few years ago, Boston University officially added a Neuroscience major to its undergraduate curriculum.  At some point in the recent past, it was mentioned to me that the rapidly-growing program needed a new website. The rest, as they say, is history.  The new Undergraduate Program in Neuroscience website is clean and straightforward, making it simple for students to obtain information about the program.

In general, fanciness was eschewed. The main goal was to create a site that complied with the University’s recently adopted look-and-feel guidelines without being too boring. I did, however, finally find cause to dip into Javascript for the header images and expandable course lists. Special thanks to jQuery for helping me get around all that SelectElementByID nonsense so that I could focus on the cool parts.
