I pretty much just use the mouse that came with my Wacom tablet when I'm not using the pen, but since I'm left handed, the tablet is set up to the left of my computer. So, my buttons are reversed. I have set the right button to left-click, and the left button to right-click. This makes my computer completely impossible for right-handed people to use, and very entertaining for me to watch them try. It's payback for all the damn scissors in kindergarten. Otherwise, I would recommend intimidating your cursor until it moves and clicks at your will. It makes running in World of Warcraft and certain camera operations in Maya impossible. I eventually gave up on it (hey, it came free with my mac pro) and got a Logitech G9.
