No big year in review from me.  I hate to rehash my miseries, and when I think about it, this past year hasn’t been that great for me or my friends.  Not terrible, mind you.  Well, okay, September was terrible.  Objectively.  Man, screw September.  This felt like the year of Applying to Grad School, a process that I’m pretty sure I began last April.  That was Spring, to give you a sense of scale here.

So, here’s to my plucky sense of optimism that the coming year will bring good fortune and free pie.

Though I prefer diamond encrusted chalices and the occasional obelisk, I’ll let most of you slide with leaving your presents (or tributes) in the comments.

    I assure, 2007 will be absolutely amazing. I will follow through on this promise come August, when I leave this overpriced, rainy island and return to the relatively cheaper, and windy Boston. GDeeeeZL will return, and all will be well.
